Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in to the Productivity Toolbox?
Once your administrator adds you to the Toolbox, you’ll receive an email with a login link. Simply click the link and sign in using your company credentials. If you haven’t received the email, check your spam folder or contact your administrator for assistance.
I can’t find the guide I need—what should I do?
Try using the search function in the Help Center. If you still need help, see the Support section below.
I can’t see all of the tools in the Productivity Center. Why is that?
Access to the tools depends on available licenses, which are assigned by your administrator. If you need access to a specific tool, please reach out to your administrator.
Can I access the Productivity Toolbox from my phone or tablet?
Yes, the Toolbox is web-based and can be accessed on any device. The Help Center and Academy are fully optimized for mobile use. However, Business Processes and Ask AI are not currently supported on mobile. While the Productivity Center is accessible on mobile, you may encounter some layout issues. We’re continuously working on improving mobile performance!
