The Sprint365 Productivity Toolbox is a versatile suite of tools crafted to enhance productivity and streamline organizational processes for businesses utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). This solution empowers teams with pre-configured assets such as:

  • Comprehensive training courses.
  • Customizable process diagrams.
  • Microlearning videos, quick guides, and cheat sheets.
  • AI-driven support agents.

At the heart of the Toolbox is the Sprint365 Productivity Center, which serves as a centralized hub for accessing all included tools and administering user licenses across the Sprint365 platforms.

Core Capabilities and Components

Sprint365 Academy (Learning Management )

Purpose: Simplifies the training process for D365FO through structured, role-based lessons tailored to users of varying expertise levels.

Functionality: Provides an extensive catalog of courses ranging from basic navigation to advanced features.

Benefits: Minimizes training time and costs by offering on-demand access, improving user adoption and reducing onboarding complexity.

Sprint365 Process (Business Process Management)

Purpose: Offers comprehensive documentation of Sprint365’s blueprint configurations, enabling full transparency via the end-2-end process taxonomy. The process diagrams are delivered out of the box through access to Sprint365 Productivity center.

Functionality: Delivers a taxonomy of business processes, enriched with a purpose description of each activity, links to Sprint365 supporting materials like videos, quick guides and cheat sheets as well as a click through guide from MS Learn

Roles:

Sprint365  Process comes with two predefined roles:

Basic user: Has view access to all Sprint365 business processes

Pro user: Includes edit rights to selected processes

Benefits: Ensures clear, accessible documentation to aid system implementation, increase end-2-end understanding, increase self-support and streamline future process modification and optimisation.

Customisation: Sprint365 delivers two options of out of the box process diagrams based on:

  1. The Sprint365 configuration Blueprint available at Sprint365 Productivity Toolbox
  2. The MS Business Process Catalogue available at About the business process catalog for Dynamics 365 apps

Sprint365 Help (Support Management)

Purpose: Provides self-service tools for quick troubleshooting, supported by AI-powered agents.

Functionality: Facilitates efficient issue resolution with minimal reliance on external support.

Benefits: Boosts user satisfaction and operational efficiency by empowering teams to independently resolve challenges.

Ask Sprint365 AI

Purpose: Leverages AI to provide instant guidance and training.

Functionality: Combines standard and organization-specific knowledge bases to deliver context-aware insights.

Benefits: Reduces downtime by offering immediate, tailored solutions, fostering user autonomy and productivity.

Sprint365 Productivity Center

Purpose: Administers user licenses and access management and centralizes access to all Sprint365 tools and services.

Functionality: Simplifies license creation, -management, and -oversight, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
API endpoints for automated termination of individual user licenses available by request.

Benefits: Provides customers with complete autonomy over tool and license management, ensuring operational flexibility.

This role does not need access to any of the Sprint365 platforms, unless the admin also has any of the following role

Full users
Full users have access to all customer provisioned content on all Sprint365 platforms
Full users may be granted Basic or Pro access rights to the Sprint365 Business Process platform (See description above)
Light users
Only has access to non-marginal cost platforms, such as Sprint365 Help and Ask Sprint365.
A “light user” access can be occasionally granted

Future-proof design and platform flexibility

Sprint365 is committed to continuously evolving the Productivity Toolbox to meet the dynamic needs of its users. While we may modify the underlying platforms for the tools offered, such changes will always preserve the core functionalities and value propositions of the Sprint365 concept, ensuring alignment with its overarching mission to drive business productivity and efficiency.

Content creation process

Content create – or – change requests may arise from any stakeholders involved in the process and are treated as standard support requests via support@sprint365.io, allowing for proper prioritization.​
Sprint365 vertical architects hold the authority to approve or reject proposed content modifications within their business process area and are required to decline changes that have none or minimal impact on the learning objectives of the content.​

Once approved, the requested changes are incorporated into the Sprint365 production process for process diagrams, videos, quick guides and cheat sheets.

Any content items created by customers or customer vendors should live up to the Sprint365 standards for “professional grade” videos or otherwise hosted outside Sprint365 Productivity Toolbox.
