What was the problem?
AX4Pharma, which is an ISV overlay solution for D365FO, was acquired by To-Increase in 2023. To-Increase already had a standard D365FO solution implemented by Sprint365 in 2021 and wanted AX4Pharma to be migrated as quickly and efficiently as possible to To-Increase’s solution for Finance, Project Management, License Administration, Sales, and Procurement.
What did they do about it?
To-Increase reached out to Sprint365 to once again execute a Best Practice template-based implementation that accounted for the special processes that had been implemented in To-Increase. In other words, a solution and implementation method that was already familiar to To-Increase and with which they felt comfortable.
